Downward Identification Lamp Light Cover Amber Orange 5C/3465 RAF Vintage Aircraft Spare.
3 downward identification lamps, green, amber and red, were used in different set patterns primarily to identify friendly aircraft at night. They were used during wartime and beyond in many iconic aircraft such as the de Havilland Mosquito and Avro Lancasters and Shackletons.
Unknown if used but has been in loose storage for many years so will show some marks and scuffs. There are some manufacturing defects in the glass but they are original. The fixing adhesive is now dry and cracked so the glass may be loose. They should be able to be reseated and glued in place without issue.
